The basics

Galaxial is a product made by Tantième LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What you can do

Use Galaxial for personal and professional purposes
Upload your own documents and have conversations about them
Export or delete your data whenever you want

What you can't do

Use Galaxial to harm, harass, or deceive anyone
Upload content you don't have the right to share
Try to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform
Share your account with others

Your content

Everything you upload belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over your documents or conversations. We only store them to make the Service work.

Our responsibility

We do our best to keep Galaxial running reliably and your data safe. But like any online service, we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that things will never go wrong. We're not liable for losses that result from service interruptions.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We'll remove your data within 30 days. We may also suspend accounts that violate these terms.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and Tantième LLC ("Company") governing access to and use of the Galaxial platform ("Service"). By accessing the Service, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. User content

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You grant the Company a limited license to store, process, and transmit User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. The Company does not claim ownership of User Content and does not use it to train AI models.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; upload content infringing third-party rights; attempt to circumvent security measures; share account credentials; engage in automated scraping or abuse of the Service.

6. Billing

Subscription and billing terms will be published prior to the introduction of paid tiers. Beta access is provided at no charge and may be modified or terminated at the Company's discretion.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited by applicable law.
